These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MEA Scanner regarding your use of the MEA Scanner mobile application.

MEA Scanner is a mobile application that provides:

• Document scanning using device camera
• Optical character recognition (OCR) and text extraction
• Document organization with tags, folders, and metadata
• PDF generation and export capabilities
• Optional cloud synchronization with third-party services
• Search and filtering functionality

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the App with parental consent and supervision.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App.

5. User Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and content you scan. You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that you have the necessary rights to all content you scan.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for:

• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harmful activities or malware distribution
• Privacy violations or unauthorized document scanning

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Key principles include local processing, data control, optional cloud sync, encryption, and no selling of personal data.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee accuracy of OCR, availability, compatibility, or absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
